Get to Know Us

Becky has worked in accounting since 1983, when she joined a small local firm in Overland Park, Kansas. While working, she attended college full time and graduated from Park University in 2001. She became a CPA in 2003. Becky has two grown children and seven grandchildren. In her free time, she loves cheering on her grandchildren in their sports and barrel racing events, and supporting her favorite teams: the Kansas City Chiefs, St. Louis Cardinals, and Kansas City Royals.  

Meghann is Becky’s daughter and joined the family business over 10 years ago. She prepares individual tax returns and provides bookkeeping services to some of our business clients. She’s a mom to two children and two bonus girls, and shares the farm with four labs, ducks, chickens, cows, and any other animal she can fit in the back of her car. When she isn’t working, you’ll usually find her at a child’s sporting event, out with the animals, or cooking something homemade. 

Mechelle (pronounced “Me-Chelle”) has worked in the tax and accounting profession for more than 30 years, helping businesses of all sizes plan and prepare their taxes. She holds a master’s degree in accounting and has certifications in safety engineering through OSHA and FEMA. Mechelle has a special interest in working with construction and real estate businesses. She’s the proud mom of two grown children and has a passion for history and genealogy. When she’s away from the office, you might find her hiking in Colorado with her daughter, spending time with her son locally, or volunteering with the National Archives, where she transcribes historical documents as a hobby.

Jessica joined our team in 2026 and provides bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting support. She is currently completing her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at Northwest Missouri State University. Jessica and her family enjoy traveling together, exploring new places, and making new memories along the way. She has two teenage children with her  significant other, Dirrick, and a very spoiled French bulldog named Cheese. When she isn't working hard or studying hard, she is supporting her kids at their school events, spending time with her family, and planning their next adventure!

Karee (pronounced "Carrie") joined our team in 2026 and brings more than 7 years of experience in administrative support and office operations. She enjoys keeping our office organized, thoughtfully supporting clients and colleagues, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks in or contacts our office. She takes pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to help wherever she’s needed. In her free time, Karee enjoys life with her three pets: Sunni, her dog; Jaree, her cat; and Peach, her bearded dragon. She loves animals, baking sweet treats, exploring the outdoors, spending time with her nephew and twin nieces, and discovering new places. Curious by nature, she’s always excited to learn something new.
